That Montenegro is indeed the land of miracles, shows the public statement made by Milo Perović, a local Podgorica hoodlum and chauvinist, who, at the order of his older brother and media bully Miodrag Perović, has been waylaying journalists, editors, politicians for years… to scare them to death, by warning them to stop mentioning his brother, insulting, cursing and threatening them. So, this Brother of Miško, because of whom Montenegrin intellectuals and other critics of the „independent media” move to the other side when they spot him on the street, makes a public statement, as if he were a respected public figure.
