Šeki Radončić: Denial of the genocide in Srebrenica is moral savagery

On 16 April 2002, seven years after this horrendous crime, the Dutch Government resigned because of the Srebrenica Genocide, because the official report indicated that this country also bears responsibility for the systematic killing of more than 8.000 Bosniaks. 19 years later and 26 years after the genocide, the Government of Montenegro stood up to defend its Minister Vladimir Leposavić, who on the 26th March, in the country’s Parliament, on 26th March, denied that Genocide was committed in Srebrenica and questioned the International and national courts rulings.

Srebrenica and a minister with a view of a SS officer

Political sabotage in the heart of Montenegro was carried out in its Parliament, under the direction of its Minister of Justice, Minorities and Human Rights, Vladimir Leposavić, was so far the most brutal assault of a minister on all the Montenegrin and Western values that are the legacy of the country. Introducing in Montenegro the criminal practice and Greater Serbia-inspired moral credo from Vučić’s Serbia and Dodik’s Republika Srpska according to which genocide had not been committed in Srebrenica, Minister Leposavić is trying to destroy Montenegro following the Great Serbia scenario and along nationalistic lines. And the first step in this undertaking is denial of the Srebrenica Genocide and glorification of Radovan Karadžić, Ratko Mladić and high-ranking priests of the Serbian Orthodox Church, who were the ideologues, instigators or perpetrators of the genocide.

People without shame

Many people lost their lives because they grabbed other people’s flags. From America, Germany, France… to tiny Montenegro. Such adventures are paid dearly in our time as well, because to grab other people’s flag is an act of great humiliation for those who are the target. That is why, in our time, it is only the football club fanatics or religious extremists who undertake such risky campaigns. It often involves infiltrated agent provocateurs, who want to destabilize political situation and bring disgrace to individual states and statesmen. But it was never done by journalists. At least so far.

Hunting for a Professional

The Professional presented numerous and serious accusations against the director of ANB Dejan Vukšić, and his guru Dritan Abazović. Tough times, particular those when a state is exposed to aggression and occupation, bring to the surface both heroes and traitors. Those known and unknown. Let us recall Valter, who defended Sarajevo from Fascist, became a legend under that pseudonym. Then he was made immortal in the great film directed by Hajrudin Krvavac „Valter Defends Sarajevo“, and one of the streets of Sarajevo is named after his full name: Vladimir Perić Valter.

Radončić: The Moscow-Belgrade axis strikes BiH and Montenegro

To tell the truth, no matter what it costs, is the personal and professional motto of Šeki Radončić, the Montenegrin journalist, who in his long career wrote about the most important stories of the Yugoslav wars. When others kept silent or did not dare to speak up about what they were witnessing, Radončić raised his voice, this ”unpleasant ” trait of his often made him the target of persecution that was not contained to the professional sphere. For his investigative stories, in which he tried to reveal the war crimes that had been committed, he was held “on gunpoint” by the people whose goal was not just to frighten him off.

Order-ready

For his attitude toward the war criminals, instigators of war crimes and those priests who preached in their support, as well as for his attitude toward Montenegro, Montenegrins and its minority peoples, and because of the composition of its pro-Chetnik Government, Zdravko Krivokapić has already ironed the lapels on his jacket to take over the well-deserved decoration from Milorad Dodik, the heir of Karadžić. Given that I have spent years investigating the crimes committed in the name of the so-called Greater Serbia, and consequently of the Greater-Serbia ideology, I am not surprised that the Montenegrin Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić congratulated the „The Republika Srpska Day“ to Željka Cvijanović, the President of that, and I emphasize it here, Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity.
